Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and materials. Returns are also accepted for items with a verified quality defect.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, personalized or custom products, and items damaged after delivery due to customer handling are not returnable.
How to Initiate a Return
Email info@epsonlife.sbs with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions.

Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
